Services for Delta I. Phillips Brown 87, Indianapolis, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in G.H. Herrmann Madison Avenue Funeral Home, with calling from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday. She died Friday in St. Francis Hospital Center. She had been a clerk for the Marion County treasurer's office 19 years, retiring in 1970. Born in Brownsburg, she lived here 60 years. She was the widow of Jesse C. Brown. Survivors: daughters, Virginia Neal, Helen Bahan, Mary Sink; five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
